Medtronic climbed to No. 10 on this year’s DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity(opens new window), earning its highest-ever ranking on the prestigious list. It evaluates companies(opens new window) based on their programs, practices, policies, and outcomes to hire, retain, develop, and promote women, people of color, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+, and veteran employees.
